Old irrigation valves don't always fail dramatically. Sometimes they just slowly stop doing their job - leaking, sticking, losing pressure - until your whole system is running inefficiently and you don't even realize it. That's exactly the kind of situation we stepped in to fix here.

We pulled out the old, corroded valve manifold and replaced it entirely. The original setup had seen better days - mineral buildup, deteriorating pipe fittings, and valves that were well past their useful life. Leaving that in place would have meant ongoing headaches: zones not firing correctly, water waste, and the constant risk of a bigger failure down the line.

What went in is a clean, properly built manifold with fresh valves, new PVC pipe, and solid connections throughout. Each valve is seated and wired correctly so the controller can communicate with every zone without any guesswork. This is the kind of setup that just works - no fiddling, no workarounds.

We do a lot of irrigation repair and sprinkler system work, and manifold rebuilds like this one are some of the most satisfying jobs we take on. When a system has been limping along for years, getting it back to a fully functional state makes a real difference in how a property gets watered - and how much water actually gets used efficiently.

If your irrigation system is showing signs of wear - zones that won't open, valves that won't shut off, or pressure that just isn't what it used to be - the valves and manifold are usually the first place to look. A proper rebuild solves more problems than most people expect.
