About the Team

Pete Stefanello - Landscape Contractor


Pete Stefanello has been serving Southern California for over 20 years. He developed his passion for the landscaping industry in 1990 when he worked as an Irrigation Specialist, contracting for the US Government. In 1992 he started his own business Leafs-U-Green Landscape Services. Since that time he has worked in Landscape Design, Maintenance, Irrigation, Plant Health Care and Pest Control. Pete’s wide breadth of knowledge has allowed him the opportunity to serve some of Southern California’s largest landscaping contractors in the private and commercial sectors with customers such as USC, Magic Mountain, Shelter Clean, Farmers Insurance, and Verizon.


His skill sets and attention to detail is a true asset to Leafs-U-Green as we aim to provide a full landscape service to our clients. Peter is a Licensed Professional Contractor and a Licensed Applicator of horticultural pest control solutions. In his free time, Peter enjoys the outdoors, river rafting, camping and taking his daughters fishing. He likes spending time with family and friends and having fun mostly outdoors.


Shane T. - Program Manager


With 10 years of professional experience, Shane T. began on the ground floor digging ditches and installing irrigation. From these humble beginnings, he was able to obtain a deep knowledge of every part of the Leafs-U-Green business, where he pays particular attention to every project, making sure property owners are more than happy with their landscaping. He's dedicated to our clients’ satisfaction included holding a Residential Electrical Certification in lighting, a Lighting Designer Certification from the Hunter University, a Luxor Specialist Certification, a Forklift Certification, and Hazmat Certification. Shane is first and foremost a family man who loves being a husband and father of two daughters and a son who range from 21 months to 17 years old. His philosophy is summed up in the following quote: "My job isn't complete until I'm sure the client is smiling after the job is finished."
